ODTÜ-GÜNAM Silicon Photovoltaic Technologies Division Researcher Milad Ghasemi successfully defended his thesis entitled “SILICON SURFACE TREATMENT WITH SULFONIC ACID-BASED MATERIALS ENABLES SURFACE PASSIVATION AND SELECTIVE CHARGE TRANSPORT” and earned the Ph.D. degree.
