Your personal data, which consists of your name, surname, e-mail, customer address and type, which are considered as examples but not limited to them, that you have provided to our Center electronically, are processed in accordance with the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) for the purpose of evaluating your service application by our Center. Your collected personal data; It may be processed based on one or more of the reasons regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, establishment or fulfillment of a contract, legitimate interests or fulfillment of our legal obligations. Your personal data will be transferred to the relevant institutional units of the center (Administration/Management, Science and Technology Unit, etc.), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, legally authorized private legal persons, our business partners at Turkey and abroad, and third parties/organizations required by the purpose of processing to provide the services you request in accordance with the administrative, legal and technical structure of ODTÜ-GÜNAM. Based on the legal reason that is clearly stipulated in the laws, data collection and storage are carried out by filling out the electronic application form on the Center’s website.
In order to use your rights in Article 11 of the KVKK, you can contact ODTÜ-GÜNAM via the above-mentioned communication channels; a warning letter to be sent through a notary public, or personally submitting your petition to our contact address.
Your requests in your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires a separate cost for the Center, the fee in the tariff determined in the Comminuque on the Principles and Procedures for the request to Data Controller may be charged by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
